LMP was called upon by C3 agency to provide ground up production management, logistics and staffing as Virgin America opened their new gates at O’Hare with back to back events on the tarmac complete with water cannon salutes as the inaugural flights arrived then The Wit Hotel downtown Chicago which raged well into the evening as Sir Richard Branson, celebs and invited revelers danced the night away at The Roof venue high atop the hotel. Production value was quite “high” all day and all night!

Digitas selected LMP to concept and produce their summer “town hall” event for their Chicago office. This event was driven by rich thematic inspired by the season and company culture creating a robust environment to deliver corporate news and provide a memorable experience for the Chicago campus team.
Southern Wine and Spirits, Future Brands Absolut and Hornitos have entrusted their line extension flavor launch event experiences to Lightning Man Promotions since 2006. These B to B and B to C events along with internal meetings have measured up to more awareness, trial, frontline advocacy and sales. LMP was selected by Mirrorball Agency to assist with numerous activation needs around the Jim Beam Global Sales Meetings in Chicago 2009. Specifically servicing the Sauza Hornitos Tequila brand verticals. Events were both corporate and consumer with deep brand identity conceptual premise, Robust scenic, audio, video, lighting and crazy talent. This robust project had multiple activities occurring simultaneously at different locations requiring some very savvy program management to pull it off.
Since 1998 RedBull has called upon LMP to help drive the brand through all manner of consumer on-premise events, programs and brand owned equity activation and to translate these exciting outward facing elements into internal meetings and stake holder content to excite channels and further build the brand and stakeholder loyalties.
